For athletes of any age and experience level who want to get stronger, faster, quicker and more powerful, we provide comprehensive programs and one-on-one or small group coaching sessions. We incorporate resistance training of all types to build strength and power. We also incorporate drills and exercises to improve running efficiency, quickness, speed and overall athleticism.

You don’t have to have athletic goals to seek a healthy, active and fit lifestyle. We provide the guidance and tools for men, women, boys and girls, of any age, who want to be fit. Whether the goal is weight loss, building endurance, strengthening bones, joints and muscles and improving overall quality of life, we can help you by making workouts challenging, but fun, progressing you at a pace that’s right for you.
Post rehabilitation
After an athlete is injured, it is vital to build strength and stability to protect the body and get the athlete back to training and competing. With a focus on properly rehabilitating the injured areas, we provide a comprehensive training plan to put the athlete back into the game, long term.
Coach Cribb Kids
Sports, games & entertainment for kids’ birthday parties, special events and day camps
If your kids love playing sports and games, we can bring the party to you, indoors or out. Your child chooses the games they want to play ahead of time, and we will bring all the equipment, referees, coaches, and prizes. We can also provide food, snacks and a party theme with balloons, plates and cups, and party favors for all the kids. Endurance Sports Coaching
Coach Emma Cribb is a former Cat 2 road, mountain and cyclocross bike racer, as well as triathlete and endurance runner. Whether your goal is your first 5k or being able to complete a 100 mile bike ride and beyond, you will be given a training program to fit your schedule, your goals and experience level.
